For Seventh-day Adventist churches in Canada and the US
Your schedule becomes your bulletin.
Write each name in the schedule once. Bulletin Generator puts it where it belongs, adds the sunset time, the Sabbath School lesson and the offering of the week, and hands you a print-ready PDF.
Early access. Start with your own church and see how it fits before you decide anything.

Three steps, then every week is the same
-
1
Set up your church
Add your name, address and logo. Choose a design and the parts of the service your church uses, in the order you use them. This takes one sitting.
-
2
Fill the schedule
Type who leads, who plays and who speaks, one Sabbath at a time or a whole quarter. The weekly lesson and the offering calendar are already there.
-
3
Print or share
Review the bulletin, add this week's announcements, then download the PDF, print a large-print copy, or send your congregation a link for their phones.
Everything a Sabbath bulletin needs
Built around how Adventist churches actually run their week.
-
Names flow from the schedule
Platform, special music, speaker, benediction and next week's speaker land on the bulletin by themselves. Change the schedule and the bulletin follows.
-
Sunset times for your address
The Sabbath farewell and next week's sunset are worked out from your city and postal code, in your time zone.
-
The lesson and memory verse, loaded
The title and the memory verse for each Sabbath come from the official Sabbath School quarterly. Nothing to type or look up.
-
Offerings from your calendar
The offering of the week comes from the Adventist calendar for your conference or union. Fill the whole year in one click, and change any week you need to.
-
Your order of service
Move each part up or down, switch off what you do not use, and add a children's story column if your church has one.
-
Three designs, your look
Pick a design, add your logo and a cover photo, and set the paper to US Letter or A4. Folded bulletins print with the right page order.
-
PDF in seconds
A real print-quality PDF, made once and kept, so downloading it again is quick. Fonts and layout match the screen exactly.
-
Large print and a link for phones
A large-print edition for members with low vision, and a private web link for your congregation. Prayer names stay off the web page unless you choose to show them.
-
Your hymnal, your language
Look hymns up in the English, Spanish, French or Portuguese hymnal. Bulletin headings print in English, French, Spanish or Portuguese. Using another book? We will add it.
-
The right people, the right access
Admins run the settings and the schedule, and editors write the bulletin. Every change is recorded, and a previous version can be put back.
-
Repeating announcements
Write the announcements that run every week once, with an end date if you like, and they appear on each bulletin until then.
-
Your data stays yours
Each church's information is kept separate from every other church. You can download a complete copy of your church's data whenever you want.
Choose the look of your bulletin
The words and the automation stay the same. Only the design changes.
-
Grace
Script lettering and gold lines on cream. Warm and traditional.
-
Meridian
Bold type, the date as the headline, times down the left like a timetable.
-
Chapel
A photo of your church across the cover, spaced capitals, navy on white.
Built with churches, not for them
Bulletin Generator grew out of the tool one church in British Columbia built for its own weekly bulletin. We are opening it to more churches now and building the next features with the people who use it. If something takes you longer than it should, tell us and we will fix it.
Questions churches ask
What does it cost?
Early access is open now. We will announce simple pricing per congregation before charging anything, and churches that join early will hear first.
Does it replace our church website?
No. It makes the weekly bulletin, and gives you a PDF and a web link. Put the link on your website or send it to your members.
Who can change things?
Admins run the church settings and the schedule. Editors write the bulletin. Everyone can see what changed and when, and a previous version can be put back.
Is our information private?
Yes. Each church's information is kept apart from every other church. The web link for your congregation contains a secret code, and you can replace it at any time. See the privacy statement.
Our church is not Adventist. Can we use it?
Today it is built for Seventh-day Adventist churches: Sabbath School, sunset times and conference offerings are part of it. Other traditions are planned. Tell us about yours.
We use a different hymnal.
Send us the hymn numbers and titles and we will add your hymnal. Only numbers and titles are printed, never the words.
Is there a phone app?
It works in any phone browser today, and your congregation can read the bulletin from the web link. Apps for iPhone and Android are on our list.
